In all HIVO SYSTEMS sites, it ensures that there is an effective system of communication for the site both for the project team directly as well as with respect to external arrangements. OH & S requirements are properly defined within the project safety plan and that they are communicated clearly to other affected parties including contractors. All persons involved in the project are briefed on the project requirements, any project specific safety policy objectives and any relevant emergency plan Whenever practicable, persons involved in the project are consulted about safety and risk management measures and in particular about any change.
